Custom Baked Egg Brunch Bar is a customizable breakfast feast! These egg cups have as many variations as your imagination and on-hand ingredients can produce, so be creative and treat your tastebuds to a variety of flavors.
Cooking Time: 15 – 20 mins
Serves: 6 servings
Yields: 1 dozen egg cups
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Lightly spray regular size muffin tins with cooking oil.
BASIC RECIPE:
Press one slice of ¼-inch thick Frigo® Whole Milk Low-Moisture Mozzarella, meat, or tortilla in muffin tin to form a cup.
In a bowl, whisk 1 egg per muffin tin, a splash of milk and salt and pepper. Ladle into desired number of prepared muffin tins. Bake in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until egg whites are set to desired doneness. Garnish with more Frigo shredded cheese and enjoy!

Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Cups:
1 slice crumbled bacon
1 large egg
1 tablespoon shredded Frigo® Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
½ tablespoon green onions, sliced thin

1 slice of Frigo® Fresh Mozzarella sliced ¼” thick to form the cup
1 large egg
